Meet Charlie | Newborn Lifestyle Edmonton

Aww man, one of my favorite families went and grew by another adorable little person! Jolene & Dale are the proud parents of a little girl, Charlie. I was lucky enough to photograph Jolene’s natural home water birth (I was there when big brother Beckett was born at the Lucina Birth Center too!) just a short time before this session.

During newborn lifestyle sessions it’s my goal to capture the family unit settling in, behaving just as they would if I weren’t there. Beyond the typical family portraits that we want to capture too, I like photographing the details of the nursery and the interaction between new siblings and the connection between the parents…
